Ready to work out with me?

I teach a weekly dynamic group fitness class at Burn SF. This class combines your favorite parts of HIIT cardio, free weight training, & pilates. We use a pilates springboard, dumbbells, resistance tubes & bands, and more to get a full body workout every class. All ages, genders, & fitness levels are welcome. Come feel the Burn.
